“Career ON PURPOSE” is the 5 month program, designed to help you to get crystal clear on your career direction and steps that will bring you there.

How the program

is structured

1st month: Self- discovery to know what makes you tick

Get to know yourself better, your interests, unique passions, aspirations and core values. We will unlock your strengths and get clear on what drives every decision you make in life.

2nd month: Your vision and purpose will define your career direction

Gain clarity on your mid to long-term career vision, backed up by your personal meaning and motivation (purpose). This will set the direction, focus and motivation for your next career.

3rd month: Setting strategy for success

We will create a strategy and a clear plan to bring you to a career that you want, which includes actions to take and new identity that needs to be in place to bring you there.

4th month: Develop the success mindset to realize your vision

Removing fears and other mental blocks that are secretly holding you back and are limiting you from realizing your true potential.

5th month: Staying resourceful and motivated

We will set a personal plan on how to stay resourceful and motivated as you go towards your desired career.
